I offer a range of support for behavior analysts, educators, teams, and organizations who want practical guidance, meaningful growth, and compassionate, values-aligned care. Through 1:1 and group mentorship, book clubs, trainings, staff development, coaching, research support, and individual case consultation, I help people build clinical confidence and strengthen the skills they need to lead with clarity and purpose.

Group Mentorship
Beginning Bravely is a mentorship collective for behavior analysts seeking practical support, clinical confidence, and wholehearted connection. Through live and recorded CEU events, consultation hours, a library of resources, and community pages, we help you grow with greater clarity, compassion, and courage in your clinical work.
Individual Mentorship
If you are looking for personalized mentorship or supervised experience, I would love to connect with you. I offer guidance in clinical decision making related to the assessment and treatment of individuals with developmental disabilities, while also supporting the growth of compassionate, effective future leaders in the field.
Workshops & Webinars
These live online learning events are designed to be interactive, giving participants opportunities to learn, practice, and receive feedback in real time. Topics include Functional Behavior Assessments, Functional Communication Training, Behavioral Skills Training, school consultation strategies, and leadership, supervision, and mentorship.
Book Club
Who loves reading alone? Not me. Book club helps support accountability and provides valuable opportunities to connect to others when applying new concepts in practical ways. Past book clubs have included Dare to Lead, Between Now and Dreams, Building and Sustaining Meaningful and Effective Relationships as a Supervisor and Mentor.
Supervised Fieldwork
If you are an organization (or individual) looking for a qualified BCBA supervisor, or just some structure or guidance in supervising an individual or individuals aspiring to be a BCBA or BCaBA, I can help. I am licensed in MI, OH, IN, and VA. I have experience developing and implementing tools and systems to support effective supervision practices.
On Demand CEUs
Through the learning portal, you can get access to single, on-demand CEUs which were recorded previously with a live audience. Most CEU events include some sort of tool or downloadable PDF that you can apply to your practice today.
